Walkin Man!

Ted's Walkin everywhere!

Pretty fun to watch this little guy get goin a little too fast and sway side to side before he finally bites it on the hard wood floors.

He took a little longer that the other kids to get started, but he has excelled quickly. I dont think he even remembers how to crawl.

He is also the family clown. This little guy will do anything he can to make us laugh!
His newest trick at the dinner table is to load his head with food. (The little guy can balance things on his head like you wouldn't believe). The more we laugh the dirtier his hair gets. Then, he takes it off and eats it.......

It was a HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

The kids were all pretty cute this year!
I spent all night a week ago making Calvin this elaborate Dracula costume...needless to say, he changed his mind. I am not going to tell you what my biggest boy decided to be...you can guess. It seems Cal is a little to cool to look anything but totally scary on Halloween. Duh, mom!

Emmitt is Indiana Jones! He was great. We made a whip out of duct tape, a lincoln log and some rope. I have to say that it turned out a little to real. This whip hurts! We also made him a new bag like the real indiana. What a sweet boy. He was so sxcited to show all his friends that his mom knows how to make bags!Liesel was Sleeping Beauty ALL DAY! I think we watched the movie 6 times (thats OK because it was a holiday). We visited Grandma Minta and Daddy at their offices and she loved every minute of it.
I was a naughty mom, though! She has no idea that she could have gone out last night to Trick or Treat. She thought it was so great when other kids came to our door and she got to give them candy, but never said a thing about doing it herself. Poor thing...
Our little Teddy Hot Dog stole the show. He was so cute and was really good at wearing his hot dog costume (which came from the pet section at Target). Love that little hot dog who took ten steps yesterday! We will have everyone up and walking in no time!

Crazy Dog

It's not often that I feel charitable enought to take a picture of our Crazy Max. But, today he was just so sweet playing and cuddling with the kids in the yard.

And, even though chases the lawn mower, stands on the kitchen table, or "hugs" our guests legs, we love this little doggy.

Party on Ted!

We had a great time celebrating Teddy's first birthday at Quentin and Katherines house on Sunday. It was great to have all the grandmas and grandpas in the same room. Little Ted was a great sport considering that we found two ear infections at the doctors office the next day!
Pretty funny to see us with just one kid. I wonder where the other ones have gone?
Grandma Minta and Teddy. I think he had more fun with the spoons on the table than anything that night.
Did I mention that he had TWO ear infections? This must have felt great...
Oh, theres those missing kids. Hmmmmm. Now the daddy is gone, interesting...I am beginning to notice a pattern.
Ted (Clayton's dad), Quentin (Clayton's brother) and Clayton. Can you tell that Teddy is definately a Kuhrau?
Liesel loves her Grandpa Duke! All the Kuhrau grandaughters. Christina, Marissa and Liesel. What a pretty group of girls! I hope Liesel turns out as wonderful as her cousins!
I am sure that when Liesel is 15 she will look alot like Marissa.
Thank you all for a great little birthday celebration! We love you!
